17 Constituent Groups of APSC (Asian Pacific Student Coalition) are uniting in a friendly competition to earn as many points as they can by the end of the semester by raising money for Hepatitis B Awareness. Each cent will count as one point. Here's the catch: anything that is not in the form of change (bills) can be used to deduct points from other groups (For example: $1 bill will count as 100 point deduction for another group).
