The mission of Team HBV is to advance the goals of the Asian Liver Center at college campuses across the United States to help fight hepatitis B and liver cancer worldwide.

1. To raise awareness of the disproportionately high incidence of hepatitis B and liver cancer in the Asian and Pacific Islander community through community outreach.
2. To promote the international Jade Ribbon Campaign through global outreach.
3. To strengthen support for the HBV Bill in Congress through political outreach.
